I purchased a CD and was able to put that onto iTunes on my Windows computer, but I cannot for the life of myself figure out how to put it onto my iPod (5th generation). Both iPod and iTunes are up to date. This only became a problem after I updated iTunes to the newest version. Please help...this is driving me nuts đ
iPod touch, iOS 9.3.5
1. Connect your iPod to your computer iTunes with the dock cable.
2. On computer iTunes top left, select the iPod icon next to the < >.
3. In the left panel select Settings > Music under your connected device, then on the right, select Sync Music and select the music you want on your iPod, click Sync button (bottom right).
The iPod icon does appear, but I can't click on it.
Do you have the latest computer iTunes version 12.4.3?
I will feel stupid after getting an answer
